Each driver must have at least two years, current, connected over the road experience, and must have adequate experience driving in winter weather conditions. Each applicant must meet a 4 point or less maximum on their motor vehicle driver report, and have had no DUI's, DWI's, reckless or careless driving tickets or felonies in the last 7-10 years.
