Megan Simpson - Creating Connection

Id like to give you some insight into who I am, the space I share with you, and what it might feel like to work with me. Megan Simpson as a professional and as a human being is passionate about self-care, self-love and healthy relationships. My passion peaks when I envision people walking this earth feeling pretty damn good most of the time! I beli... eve as humans we were born to connect. And I think we often lose our way on how to best connect with ourselves, our partners, our children and our world. The strength of these connections is what really warms our hearts and gives us joy in this life and Im here to help you find that joy through: healthy, nurturing, loving connection. Alongside this I think its so important to understand what we can do when we dont feel great when we feel hurt, sad, lonely, angry, frustrated, disappointed. Learning how to sit with and explore these feelings equals growth. In my experience most of us have never been taught how to manage the highs and lows and many of us have never been taught about our feelings at all! The real gold when coming to work with me is that you will learn how to manage the present day heartaches, and you will learn to love yourself so damn much that you will be one of those people walking the earth aglow, most of the time :) My own journey has been one of all sorts of twists and bends lots of curly bits! One of great challenge at times, alongside great joy. Thats life though ups and downs, ins and outs. It can be so painful at times and at other times so sweet. It can be hard to keep up with for sure! What I bring is 26 years of professional experience working one on one and in groups with wonderful people. Ive spent many hours in many different places, supporting others. Places like The Salvation Army, Centacare, Womens Housing, Tarrengower Prison, Juvenile Justice and too many Primary Schools to name!
