You are our primary focus. As a design-build service, we assist your scoping, budgeting, and preliminary design needs as a complimentary service to you, the architect, and general contractor of record. As your contractors project manager, we will be with you from concept through close-out with regular meetings and status updates throughout the life... of your project. Our business model is specifically designed to work in partnership with your general contractor and architect of choice as opposed to being a competing entity or additional 3rd party expense to anyone. And, of course, we are always happy to introduce and coordinate services with project-appropriate contractors and architects should you be in need of them. We are your project manager. MTD is not an additional expense or competitor. Our compensation comes from the same 01030 general conditions you have already budgeted for. Otherwise, its business as usual with you as the contractor of record receiving all the typical fees and rewards youre familiar with. We provide solutions to the following typical scenarios: When the occasional influx of business (or diminishing of resources) strains your existing staff and service QA/QC; we are your temporary executive labor one project at a time. When you are interested in hiring a new design-build PM but are not ready to commit funding for an additional full time employee; we are your ongoing workload and client relationship placeholder until the right conditions present themselves. When the staff you have available for new projects lack the experience to confidently service an OSHPD, Imaging/Treatment, or shielding project; we are your very own Med/Tech department and are happy to work side by side with your other PMs, PEs, and Supers.
