Cormac is an Engineer and MBA from Dublin. Upon graduating from UCD, Cormac began his career in regulated pharmaceutical industries as well as being involved in several start-ups prior to founding Medserv. Cormacs family are very involved in the clinical side of healthcare, which is where the original concept to provide solutions and efficiencies f... or medical practitioners came about. An engineer in his thinking, Cormac likes to push himself not only in business but also in his personal time and has completed several marathons and Ironman events both in Ireland and Internationally. Cormac lives in Dublin and when he is not looking for his next race or thinking of new ways to improve his businesses, he spends time with his three young children; Joseph, Pippa and Theo. Lisa started her career as a Customer Support Agent in one of the largest electricity supply companies in the UK and Ireland. Lisas passion for people and understanding of how to match the individual with the process enabled her to successfully manage and develop new teams across varying industries. Having used these skills in managing a medical recruitment team, Lisa had the perfect background and knowledge to take on her next challenge as Remote Practice Support Manager with Medserv. As RPM Manager Lisa's goal is to grow her people as much as it is to grow her department. When Lisa isnt looking after her team and clients she is entertaining her two girls, cat Simon and dog Winnie. Kevin has been a valued member of the Medserv team for 11 years. He studied History and Classics in UCD and having initially considered becoming a teacher he decided to bring this skill set and love of teaching to the private sector. Kevin enjoys building teams and supporting and developing his staff. Having spent the past 5 years as UK General Manager for Medserv UK, this year, Kevin took up the position of Head of Growth for the UK and Ireland.
