Mugove Chideme is the founding Managing Director of Medirite Distribution (Pvt) Ltd. Mugove has over 16 years experience in the medical industry, having worked with various corporations which include Macmed Holdings (Now Medtech), The Scientific Group Zimbabwe, Southern Skies Medical, Medsure Healthcare and Sciepharm Healthcare. He holds a diploma... in Accountancy and is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe (CIS). He is currently studying for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountancy (ACCA) and Bsc in Applied Accounting Degree (UK). Mugove has attended a high level training course covering marketing & application of diagnostic laboratory equipment at Mindray, China, in 2009. Macmillan has been in the Medical Industry for over 25 years. He holds a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Early in his career, he worked for the Ministry of Health (Zimbabwe) as a Hospital Equipment Technician in charge of Harare Central Hospital, moving on to establish Working Hospital Maintenance Workshops in both Manicaland & Mashonaland East Provinces. Under Bak Electrical, a private concern, he became responsible for the after sales service of all French protocol supplied equipment which covered Radiography, Diagnostics, Theatre, ICU and Bed Side Ward Equipment. He then moved to Botswana and worked for the Ministry of Health in charge of the Northern Region before joining Scientific Group (South Africa) as Service Engineer.
