Meadow Mountain Water Supply Company (MMWSC) is a cooperative non-for-profit (501(c)(12)) corporation that provides some of the best domestic water to be found on the Colorado front range. Our raw water is primarily surface (creek) water that comes out of Rocky Mountain National Park. This water does not cross roads, established trails, domestic grazing land, or private property. The untreated water is transported through our water lines to our treatment plant. It then undergoes state-of-the-art treatment as required by the State of Colorado, including filtering and chlorination. The water then travels to your home or property site by gravity or pump through our water mains. Membership: If you are own property in the Triple Creek Ranch subdivision, you are likely a member of the Meadow Mountain Water Supply Company. Memberships generally transfer with property ownership but are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Property owners may not refuse or deny their membership. All owners of record of each property (each lot) are considered members.
