Meadow Lakes

Although Meadow Lakes sells itself on the year round beauty of the grounds, the company chose it for an additional reason: the company knew that Springpoint had an excellent management team. The company felt confident that Springpoint had not only plans for renovations here on campus as well as marketing plans for attracting new resident, but conti... ngency plans for whatever emergency might befall the company. Last year the company were in the company's home in Chatham, NJ and spent a week without power during the early snow/wind that felled trees and left northern New Jersey in the dark. The company were on the company's own to find food, get information and fight the cold. When the company moved here, the company hoped for a better circumstance should that happen again. As it turns out, the company made a good choice! The company's sincerest thanks to Jay Whiteman and all the staff here at Meadow Lakes! The company were kept informed and Dining Services provided meals three times a day - hot and delicious! Security, Grounds, Maintenance, Housekeeping all moved into high gear to do whatever was needed. It was evident that staff stayed overnight, did double shifts, and put the needs of Meadow Lakes residents first. Additionally, this was done with cheerful faces and smiles which lifted morale. The company hope they will be recognized for this fine effort! One additional comment: I opened my door yesterday morning to find a young woman checking on all the residents in the company's hallway. When asked, "Jane" (from Payroll) explained that Head Office was closed, she lived near here so she came over to see if she could help out. That's pretty fantastic.
