About McKissick Associates
McKissick Associates has always designed buildings to be sustainable. There are many shades of green. A building does not need to be LEED certified or a Green Globes project to be "Green" either. By incorporating elements such as low VOC paints and stains in interiors, triple glazed windows and geothermal heating and cooling systems, we can make a building that is better for the environment and sustainable for the long term. If you want to seek a LEED rating, we can assist with that as well. We currently have one project in design that will seek a LEED Gold rating (Williamsport Area Middle School) and a number of other projects that are using sustainable design practices with ICF construction, geothermal wells and green roofs.Explore more
