Groff, who has 25 years of public service and experience, has worked at every level of government and has over a decade of academic experience. A former President of the Colorado Senate, Groff authored a landmark statewide charter authorize... r law, created the first innovative school concept in the nation and other visionary education reform legislation that resulted in Colorado being viewed as a leading state in the reformation of K-12 education. Groff was also a senior education advisor in the Obama Administration and President and CEO of the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, the leading national charter school advocacy organization. Groff is a former Visiting Fellow at the School of Education at Johns Hopkins University and proprietor of MCG2 Consulting, LLC.
