His passion for disrupting the traditional health insurance marketplace began in 1992 right here in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dustine McCormack, co-owner of McCormack Benefit Consulting, educated by Westminster College in communication and accounting and Utah State University in Rehabilitation Counseling she offers a diverse perspective on business. Dustines background includes over 20 years of SHRM membership, developing innovating business models in the Private and not-for-profit sector, designing and delivering effective training models for a diverse set of businesses resulting in increased efficacy and improved return on investments. Dustine has taught worksite mental health for the Catholic Diosis, LDS Stake Centers, Colleges in Utah and Colorado and numerous tech and service companies across the US.
