Before any athlete can try out or compete in a sport, a Sports Physical must be performed by a doctor and the Sports Physical forms must be completed and signed. To access and complete the necessary forms, please click here. The athletic training room was moved from the south end to the north end of the school gym last year and has been equipped with medical supplies, the latest technology in sports rehabilitation, and serves as a better outlet to all major athletic fields.
