MAX Underground Construction LLC was established by brothers Maximiliano and Manuel Salinas in 2010. They emigrated from Mexico in the 1970s and worked for several Corpus Christi area civil construction contractors, which include Heldenfels Brothers and Bay, LTD. The Salinas brothers are hands-on company owners; they also serve as operating excavators and maintainers when the job requires. We are known for our ability to finish a quality project in a minimum amount of time. Our projects are completed, on an average, in 70% of the contract time. Our work and work ethic permit us to develop a loyal client base, acquire sufficient equipment and personnel, and build a strong financial statement.
