We are a company co-founded by a Berkeley grad, ex-Amazon employees, and a team of serial problem solvers and talent seekers who champion working smart, building lasting professional relationships, and keeping things simple and efficient. It all started in Silicon Valley while we were working with companies, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies including PayPal, UniteUs, 2K Games, EVgo and other innovators, as talent acquisition specialists. Going through one recruitment cycle after the other, we spotted common inefficiencies and setbacks in the hiring process across various companies at different stages of their growth.
