MassHealth is in the process of procuring a single fiscal intermediary (FI) for Massachusetts. As part of this process, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is forming a Fiscal Intermediary Procurement Advisory Council (FIPAC). EOHHS is looking for people from the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) and Moving Forward Plan (MFP) Waiv... er communities to join this council. The FIPAC will aid in reviewing certain sections of the Request for Response (RFR) for the Fiscal Intermediary (FI) Functions. They will provide feedback on these sections that EOHHS will consider when making their selection of a bidder for FI functions starting January 1, 2022.
