Established in 2008. At Massage by Michelle we provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Foot Reflexology Massage. I was born into a family of healers. I remember as a child receiving regular massage and doses of onion tea from my grandmother. I began my formal eduction in 1998 as a masseuse at the Central Coast School of Body Therapy in Los Osos, CA, but... long before that I was giving massage to my teammates on my high school and college swim team. I used her new skills on friends and work colleagues for a while and then took a (not so brief) break to use my business degree from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo to work in what I calls the "Office Jungle." In July 2008 I was lovingly shoved back into the beautiful world of massage, and just to make sure I was ready, I returned to school at the McKinnon Institute in Oakland where I brushed up on Swedish Massage and took earned certificates in Deep Tissue and Foot Reflexology and the rest is history.Read More
