Im a New York state-licensed massage therapist with a decade of experience, a Certified BodyMind Coach, and Im a native New Yorker. I founded Massage Artistry because I want to show people that toughing it out isnt the only way to deal with pain. So I help heal, educate, and coach you to implement healthier coping techniques because toughing it out leads to burnout. I studied at Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City and graduated in 2010. Over the years I have had advanced training in Medical Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, chair massage, Swedish, sports massage, and deep-tissue. All of which allows me to create safe and therapeutic massage sessions for you.
