Mason's Dozing & Construction

Mason Construction was established in 1986 by Jimmie K. Mason, Jr. The business originally began as Mason's Dozing with only a worn out bulldozer and equally worn out truck and trailer. In the beginning, our motto was "No job is too big, or too small". Jimmie soon found in order to live up to this motto, some changes had to happen or his dreams for... a successful business and the desire to support his family would not succeed. As the business grew and more employees and talents were added, it became increasingly more important the public know that the company was capable of more than a single bulldozer could do. In order to accomplish this, our name was expanded to Mason's Dozing & Construction Co., Inc. and incorporated in 1992. Throughout the years our name was shortened and the trade name Mason Construction was formed. In more recent years, the addition of General Contracting licensing has been achieved with current licensing in eight states, that include: Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina, Arkansas, Virginia and West Virginia. We continue to strive to add certifications and additional licenses in order to meet the needs of our customers. Over the last 30 years, we have seen times change, industries and economies rise and fall, but with persistence and tenacity, Mason Construction has flourished and evolved into a multi-faceted business with several entities to meet the needs of an ever changing public and industrial world. With the necessary risk it takes to grow a small one-man operation and his leadership, Jimmie Mason, Jr. developed the company we are today - a company that prides ourselves in doing quality work done with quality people - done right the first time, every time.
