She leverages her diverse industry background and breadth of experiences to partner with business leaders, contribute to the bottom line and achieve organizational goals. Mary influences decision making through analysis and provides actionable solutions and implements strategies that drive business results. She worked in the private sector as Staff Accountant, Manager, Controller, Director and Senior Director for various publicly held and privately held entities. She has an ability to drive process improvement, efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness, across accounting and business functions. She has consolidated the back-office accounting processes for a multibillion dollar company and streamlined the close process to meet best in class status. Over the years, she has been responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job costing, forecasting, planning, capital spending, financial analysis and supply chain contracts. She has managed banking, leasing, financing and risk relationships. Mary has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas.
