Amedeo has a wide range of experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the area of the spine, including significant experience in preparing and prosecuting many foundational patents. Trained as a patent litigator for the first seven years of his career, Amedeo is skilled in obtaining valid and enforceable patents capable of withstanding challenges in the courts and patent office. His clients patents are enforced in litigations in the U.S., Japan, Europe, and other countries.
