Marr & Associates was founded in 1991 by Trent Marr, MAI, SRPA. Trent Marr has... been appraising in Florida since graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Real Estate in 1985. Upon graduating Mr. Marr started his career in Orlando, Florida appraising both residential and commercial property. In 1988 Mr. Marr relocated to this home town of Key Largo where he continued appraising both residential and commercial properties along with special use properties including swim with the dolphin attractions, fish farms, shrimp farms, offshore islands, wetland and numerous other types of non typical properties. In 2006, Mr. Marr relocated to the Tallahassee area where he has continued his appraisal business. Since his relocation Mr. Marr has appraised virtually all types of commercial properties and has expanded his appraisal services to include timber land, agriculture land, recreational land and fresh water springs. In the almost 30 years Trent Marr has been appraising he has preformed appraisals on a vast number of property types.
