Marks Maintenance Lawn & Home Care started as a part time venture, providing quality residential lawn care to the Bloomington/Normal area. It has recently grown into a full time operation serving and providing residential and commercial service. It has always been my philosophy, in any service business, for the customer to be able to communicate wi... th the owner, anytime, at the customers convenience. Therefore, even though my company has grown, you will still find me, the owner operator, answering your phone calls and maintaining your property. All employees are trained on all equipment, if they are not ready to take on a task they are not allowed to. Since there is much to do on a property we select the most qualified people to perform the most difficult tasks. Additionally, youll take comfort in knowing Marks Maintenance Lawn & Home Care carries liability insurance. This may not seem important, but in the unlikely event that an accident were to happen you and your property would be covered. I am building my company gradually and maintaining larger properties, but never forgetting where I started. I still enjoy maintaining residential properties and it is my goal to double my residential and commercial business within the next two years, while maintaining the same level of service and continued attention to detail to my current customers.
