She has managed the interior renovation of the historic Three Village Inn, and several private residences. Joan is a graduate of the Tobe-Coburn School of Fashion & Design. She is a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson. James M. Miaritis, Attorney & Real Estate Broker Jay has a varied career in the hospitality and sports industry including operations and marketing. He is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and holds a JD from Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the NYS Bar and a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker.
