Being family owned and operates business, our dream was to create a Mexican restaurant where our customers felt comfortable and welcomed to eat with there families, while having an open concept. Mariscos Colima stared out by being a 14'x10 Seafood Truck, that use to park everyday at the corner of Clinton and Chestnut, where our sales ranged from $4... 0 to $100 per day. We had it rough, especially for young hispanic people without much credit to money. Despite being the toughest times of our lives we were teacher to pursue our dreams. Our goal was to serve our customers the most authentic Mexican Food, while using only the best quality ingredients to satisfy our customers needs. We believe we have achieved what we set out to do because our customers continue coming back.
