We've walked in your shoes - We started as a fractional commercial property owner over 10 years ago, then became an owner's representative out of necessity. We enjoyed that so much, we started actively managing assets 5 years ago, and now perform property management for properties in CA, NV and TX. We understand what owners want and will work with you to achieve your goals. Our philosophy - is to ensure tenants are happy and owners are only as involved as they want to be. Tenants who are running profitable businesses and are happy with the property lead to less turnover and higher rents.
