Martima de Ecologa S.A. de C.V. was created in October 2000, since then it has operated with Mexican technical staff and administration. On December 2000 a contract was granted for the inspection and design of a double hull barge for well tests, built in Bender Shipbuilding and classified by ABS (American Bureau of Shipping). In January 2003 a cont... ract was assigned for the service of well test and a period of 5 years by Pemex Exploración y Producción, by means of an international public bid, which included the conversion of the vessel, engineering and supervision in charge of the company. The vessel is named Toisa Pisces. In November 2003 a second contract for well test and a period of 5 years is assigned by Pemex Exploración y Producción, by means of an international public bid, which included the vessel conversion, engineering and supervision in charge of the company. The vessel is named Bourbon Opale. En 2005 se adjudica contrato por fletamento de embarcación para servicio de mantenimiento de ductos por parte de Quimica Apollo para las instalaciones de Pemex, mediante la embarcación Ryan Leet. In 2005 is assigned contract by charter boat for pipeline maintenence service by "Quimica Apollo" forPEMEX facilities, by Ryan Leet boat. In March 2006 a third contract is assigned by Pemex Exploracion y Produccion to develop well testing services for a period of five years; through international competitive bidding, which included a conversion period of the vessel, engineering and supervision by the company - Vessel called ECO III.
