Hulet is the President and co-founder of Marathon Management. He and his wife, Jackie, entered the real estate industry in 2003. As their property portfolio and clientele expanded, they quickly saw the need for a property management company to oversee their rental properties. In the years since, Hulet and Jackie have amassed a conglomeration of rea... l estate companies involved in all phases of the real estate investing cycle. Hulets intuition and business savvy are attributed to the conglomerations success, as it expands beyond the greater Memphis area into other parts of the Mid-South. Prior to his work in real estate, Hulet worked for 13 years at Wells Fargo. He is a graduate from the University of North Alabama, completing a double major in Finance and Economics. Outside of work, Hulet enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with his family. Drew Brady serves as the current Director of Operations at Marathon Management. Before his position at Marathon, Drew gained field experience by working as a contractor with Mid-South Property Solutions. After working there for a year, he transitioned to a role at Memphis Cashflow, Marathons sister company, as a Project Manager. The role of Project Manager entailed planning renovations, collecting bids, corresponding with contractors, and overseeing the renovations of multiple properties at a time. During his time as Project Manager, Drew managed over 400 rehab projects. After working in that role for two and a half years, he was promoted to Director of Operations at Marathon. He takes his years of hands-on experience into his new position at Marathon, where he now oversees all day-to-day operations. In his new role, Drews personal goal is ensuring that investors maintain positive cash flow by operating at maximum efficiency.
