Founded in Riyadh in April 2001, the "Manoosha" concept stemmed from natural and simple ingredients. "Manoosha" sought to offer traditional Middle Eastern favorites through a trendy, fast casual dining establishment. The founders of "Manoosha" were two Saudi entrepreneurs with a passion for food and a notion of establishing a leading Middle Eastern restaurant chain. They created a concept that revolved around dough and stone hearth cooking; hence the name "Manoosha", chosen to enumerate one of the first Levantine traditional meals.
