Mandala is committed to developing the talent of young people in the regional production sector. We have ongoing and sustained internship programmes comprising 3 month structured training schemes designed to provide young talent to get their first position in the industry. All interns are given clear programmes and terms and work under a line manag... er who will provide written reports and recommendations at the end of their time with the company. Mandala is also committed to promoting from within, with many of our preferred staffers progressing their careers with our productions. Mandala alumni have gone onto successful careers within the Television and Radio industries including; M-Net, Supersport, Nation Media Group, Artemis Media, BBC, Standard Group, United Nations amongst others.
