Our informal description:Management Roundtable (MRT)and Expert Roundtable (XRT)are led by Alex Cooper and Jackie Cooper. We're brother and sister (our dad was an Electrical Engineer - we joke that engineering is in our genes) and have worked together for more than 30 years. We've followed every step of the innovation evolution from CAD/CAM to Concurrent Engineering to Open Innovation, and we've seen which underlying principles have staying power and which don't. Same with our Experts, many of whom we've known since the 1980s. We know who can truly motivate, teach, and help our customers succeed. We craft each of our events and products personally. Though we tend to stay behind the scenes, we learn a lot from talking with you at events and on the phone. We understand that many of you are responsible for translating senior management strategy into day-to-day practices. You must manage risk and watch the bottom line, yet move into unknown territory to grow the business. Your role is NOT easy.
