MANA AURA is a pop-up clinic for Mindfulness Practices and Stress Relief Modalities. Serving as a stepping stone for individuals seeking to decompress from the stresses of everyday life and to improve their overall well-being. MANA AURA offers scientifically proven stress reduction services for the community in an accessible environment with the ul... timate goal of becoming a hub for mindfulness and wellness in the community. MANA AURA has been inspired by Nicky's Womxn's Moon Circle gatherings which began in 2012. There's an old saying that goes, "When womxn gather together, they heal together," and it is in this spirit that the Moon Circle was created. The dynamic intention of the Moon Circle is to support and acknowledge the evolution of our hearts, minds and spirits, and manifest our goals together, by connecting with the ebb and flow of the moon: on the Full Moon we release and on the New Moon we receive. There have been many iterations of this circle and all the Moon Sisters have felt bonded, goal oriented, and continue to benefit from the practices learned at these gathering. With MANA AURA in place, Nicky hopes to replicate these results not only within her own personal sisterhood, but with our sisters, brothers, and everyone in betweeners, in our wider community of Honolulu and Oah'u.Read More
