The company is now expanding rapidly to keep up with demand. We have new product lines set for launch throughout the year, a 6 week pop up and interest from a number of large national retailers to manage. Mallow & Marsh are looking for a dedicated and loyal Sales Director. The role will report directly to the CEO and Founder, and has the potential to grow into a Head of Sales role. It is a great opportunity for someone with experience and contacts in the food industry to take their role to the next level. With a blank canvas of contacts, significant interest coming in from retailers that needs following up, and unlimited scope to pursue new and interesting avenues and collaborations. The company has put little emphasis on sales to date due to the demand from current customers, therefore there is a lot of potential for where this role can go. The right candidate will be looking to take that step up from Sales Manager to helping to head up a sales team and build a company up from scratch. Having worked for a larger corporate company, or start up, focused on Food/Grocery sales the right candidate will have 2 - 5 years experience in the industry, especially with working with the larger retailers.
