Incorporated in 2000 Malin Industrial Concrete Floors Ltd specialise in 'large pour' installations both by traditional hand laying techniques and the latest innovation mechanical applications. We offer a range of services from Labour& plant to supply & install,and fully design and installed solutions, including high tolerance laser screed installat... ions,precast planks. external yard slabs to falls, upper floor slabs on decking, and concrete toppings. The latest SXP laser screed and specialist dry shake topping technology is combined with our retained high skill set of hand construction to achieve high flatness tolerances and quality product. Fully designed, warranted & indemnified packages can be provided to all types of concrete flooring and offered with traditional mesh, loose bar, or steel fibre reinforcement to provide the most suitable solution to any application. We have the latest Somero SXP laser screed machine along with two additional Somero models, dry shake topping applications are provided using our topp&screed TS5000 machinery or by tremix spreader/hand application. At Malin we are constantly striving to improve the standards we provide and to this end initiate a continuing training philosophy for our operatives, all are currently CSCS trained and hold NVQ level 2 in concrete flooring and concrete finishing, foreman have 3 day first aid certificates, and all our supervisors hold CITB recognised Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS). A range of plant operation certificates are also held to ensure we can be self sufficient. We are currently striving to achieve NVQ level 3&4 for site operatives and black card accreditation for all management. Currently accredited to the ACIFC (association of concrete industrial flooring contractors), the concrete society, CHAS, and constructionline we are also certificated to ISO9001 and working towards ISO14001 & ISO18001 in 2012.Read More
