Based in storm-vulnerable Breezy Point, New York City for over 30 years, Malbro was approached by longtime clients affected by Hurricane Sandy, to become their contractor as part of the Build It Back Program. Malbro has since matured as a top GC within the New York City Build It Back Program, gaining recognition for our unique skill-set and experience, enabling us to get projects done ahead of the competition. Malbro has successfully managed and delivered over $62 Million of storm recovery projects which include elevations, rebuilds, and repairs, and maintains an available bonding capacity of $65 Million.
