With roots in infrastructure and network topologies, IVR and CTI systems, MaksimizeIT then decided to focus on enterprise applications and spent the next 15 years acquiring ever deeper understanding of how CRM, Data Warehousing, BI and Analytics systems can assist businesses. Somewhere along the line we also managed to again become involved with infrastructure projects, this time with virtual servers and cloud architecture...and anything-as-a-service. We have donea lot of CRM work. We have gathered business requirements for, developed, rolled out, upgraded, maintained CRM systems from apps like Act! and Maximizer through Siebel, Janna, Scopus (and several custom built CRM systems in between) to Salesforce.com platform based solutions such as Veeva. Also, we worked on custom Force.com based solutions and PoCs. Implementing both on-the-premise and cloud CRM applications, we have managed large transformational projects because of them. Somehow we always had our hands on data: from developing with databases storing structured data such as dBase, MS SQL, Oracle and Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouses(yes before the Aster and Hadapt acquisitions), through integrating with applications on Heroku Cloud with Mongo DB to proposing solutions involving Big Data and Hadoop - we have loaded, integrated, analyzed, reported on and structured solutions including various data sources serving multiple industries.
