From working through initial budgets, to selecting energy efficient equipment, to producing realistic construction timelines, Major Mechanical will assist you. We will partner and work with the engineer of your choice or can provide completely engineered mechanical drawings ourselves through our own design build services. We have extensive experience in working with LEED and "Green" projects. We understand the importance of value engineering (VE) in the design build process and will work diligently to select equipment, systems and key components that will keep the project within budget. Our goal is to keep a positive working environment and help the General Contractors stay on schedule. We appreciate our dedicated plumbers, pipefitters and sheetmetal workers and have an outstanding group of more than 20 jobsite foreman. Major Mechanical is well financed and has very high workload and single-project bonding limits. Our projects sizes in the past 4 years have ranged from 3-unit townhomes, to almost 400-unit housing projects. We have experience in new construction, historical renovations and rehab projects.
