About Maitlands
Maitlands was established in 1994 by now Managing Director, Andy Blacklock. Growing increasingly disillusioned with the poor level of service offered by larger, corporate agents, Andy made the decision to open the first Maitlands branch in Saltash, South East Cornwall. Despite starting in the middle of a property recession, Maitlands soon became recognised as market leaders in the geographic area that they operated in, acting for many of the UK's top developers and new home companies. As the company grew they opened offices in Plympton, Ivybridge and Plymouth City Centre. The teams in the four branches work along side the Land & New Homes Team and the Moving Team.
