Architectural Plans: Since January, Stevens & Associates of Brattleboro, VT has been working with a committee of the MSA Board to create final architectural drawings for the renovations and addition to our building. The design is not finished yet, but we are close! We'll announce an open house to view the plans when they are finalized. Matching Gra... nt Challenge: We're 1/3 of the way through 2013 and we've raised 1/3 of the money towards our matching donations challenge. HELP US TOWARDS OUR GOAL of raising $30,000 (which will be matched 1:1 by an additional $30,000) by the end of the year. Brownfields Update: With the assistance of KAS Environmental, we have completed a Phase II Environmental Assessment of the 33 Main Site (the now empty lot next door). We have just been awarded funding from the Windham Regional Commission to complete a correction action plan for the site. Thank you Windham Regional! Our Capital Campaign Needs You! Moving Forward, Moving Up is MSA's exciting and bold capital campaign to expand our original building, acquire adjoining property, and add an elevator and accessible bathroom. We are committed to meeting the creative needs of all community members and helping to revitalize Main Street in Saxtons River. Our financial goal is comprehensive: $875,000.
