On May 23, 2001, JXM, Inc. was accepted into the SBA 8(a) program and immediately sought to bid on small Government contracts. Margaux Ximenes stands as President, and Secretary /Treasurer of the Corporation. On March 22, 2002 JXM was granted permission by the SBA to form a Mentor/Protégé arrangement with Main Building Maintenance (MBM), Inc., (an experienced Government contractor), for purposes of gaining valuable insight into the Government contracting world and to possibly team on Government proposals.
