The best service I have ever had hands down. Recommend everyone go here. I live in central Virginia and have the pleasure of coming to Virginia Beach often. This has given me the opportunity to visit many restaurants and NONE can compare to Mahis. The atmosphere is amazing,the food excellent and the service is superior. I could Go on and on about t... his restaurant! I like good food and even better service and this is what you will get here. I ask for Wendy every time I visit and I am always happy to see her smiling face and amazing service! Wait time wasnt too bad. Has a nice bar. Also has seating outside facing the beach which I love. The food is very good, and a reasonable price. The waiter is always very nice. Always come here every year on vacation. Great atmosphere! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at Mahis. Our server was professional and polite. She interacted with every family member. When she found out it was my birthday, she bought me a delicious raspberry and cream dessert with Happy Birthday written on the plate. My husband and I each got the Mahis, mine was bronzed and his blackened. They were both cooked to perfection. They oysters were briney and good. Our kids enjoyed their dinners as well. Excellent food and service! I would just like to say Great ! I came in with a group of 20 for lunch. We sat in the back room which was very nice. Sean Johnson was our server, and everything was great! I appreciate everything he did ! If you go here, make sure you get Sean as a server. He is fantastic. He really takes care of you and he clearly cares about you as a customer, nothing fake or pretentious here. We had to wait a while as there was a large group there on Tuesday evening last. But Sean made sure to keep our service going and keep us informed what was going on so we were very happy and the food was really delicious. The sushi was melt in your mouth. The oysters good too.
