Magnolia Timber Company, Inc. buys land and timber throughout East Mississippi and West Alabama. We produce over 500,000 tons of wood to markets annually by purchasing standing timber from both institutional and private landowners and delivered timber at our wood yards located in New Augusta, MS and Shubuta, MS. Our SERVICES DIVISION is a full service dirt contractor serving the oilfield and pipeline industry, utility companies, municipalities, developers, general contractors, and institutional and private landowners in the Gulf South Region. We offer land clearing by both traditional grubbing with dozers and excavators and also environmental clearing using mulchers. We also build and maintain roads for access to substations, oil well locations, and for landowners to access and use their property. We also have dirt pits located in Wayne County, MS and Choctaw County, AL as well as a gravel and rock yard located in Shubuta, MS with certified scales to service local contractors.
