Magic Media, Inc was created in March 2004 by Jimmy McAndrew, Brian Hornkohl, and Nancy Haggerty. Taking on the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Offer respectively, they worked hard to build a strong and successful billboard company. Magic Media's corporate office is located in Bangor, PA just 85 miles n... orth of Philadelphia and 74 miles west of New York City. Currently Magic Media has five regional offices; Mid-Atlantic located in Ivel, Kentucky; Midwest located in Kansas City, Missouri; North Central located in Rochester, Minnesota, Southeast located in Valdosta, Georgia and Southwest located in Dallas, Texas. Originally, Magic Media had four regional offices located in Tifton, Georgia; Baxter Springs, Kansas; Kentucky and Minnesota. In April of 2004 the Carolina office was opened in Wilmington, North Carolina. In April 2005 The Midwest Division was moved to North Kansas City, MO. The Southwest division was created and headquartered in the existing Baxter Springs office. In November 2005 the Southwest division was moved to Dallas. In 2006 the Carolina Division merged with the Southeast Division and was headquartered in Tifton, GA. In March 2007 the Southeast Division moved from Tifton to a more central location in Valdosta, GA. Since the birth of the Company, Magic Media has acquired the following outdoor advertising companies; Signs of Success, June 30, 2004, North Central Division; STG Outdoor, April 21, 2005, Southeast Division; Waitt Outdoor Advertising of Dothan, Alabama, April 22, 2005, Southeast Division; Breakthrough Outdoor Advertising, April 26, 2005, Southeast Division; Mid-Town Signs, May 25, 2005, Mid-Atlantic Division; Carroll Signs, Inc., November 17, 2005, Mid-Atlantic Division; Masterpiece Outdoor, January 9, 2006, Midwest Division; Unisign Outdoor, April 5, 2007, Mid-Atlantic Division; and Nicol Outdoor Advertising LLC, May 4, 2007, Southwest Division.Read More
