With approximately 12,200 properties, the company is the largest Registered Provider of affordable housing in Wirral. The company is a socially responsible, not-for-profit organisation. The company's work involves far more than simply bricks and mortar and the company's vision is providing homes and building communities. The company is led by a Boa... rd of Directors and an Executive Management Team. The Board has agreed to change the company's business name, so from summer 2005 Wirral Partnership Homes will be known as Magenta Living. This will coincide with all office based staff moving together into a new building over the summer called Partnership Building which will have great new facilities that will benefit the company's tenants. This move means that the company has to change all of the company's corporate literature, letterheads and stationery to show the company's new address, so from a Value for Money point of view it's now or never for rebranding the company. We're also looking at expanding the company's services beyond Wirral and feel the company's new name will help the company do this. The services you receive won't change but there will be huge benefits in bringing the company together in one location through improved communication between staff and improved facilities for tenants. Magenta Living is a new chapter on the company's journey since transfer from Wirral Council in 2005 and we're looking forward to starting that journey with the company's tenants and other stakeholders. WPH is celebrating its anniversary! WPH was formed in February 2005, when Wirral Council tenants voted to transfer properties to an independent, not for profit organisation to allow further investment and improvements for the future. This is known as a large scale voluntary transfer (LSVT).
