Magdic Precision Tooling is a full service tool and die company specializing in the manufacturing of powdered metal tools for the carbide industry and various other industries. Established in 1981 by the late Theodore J. Magdic, we have over 30 years of success in serving our customers. We make all of the necessary components for tooling such as mo... lds, punches, core rods and clamping tools. The types of tools we have worked on includes indexable cutting tools, carbide wear parts, ceramic wear parts, diamond tools and metallic parts, just to name a few. One thing we pride ourselves on is that we are never too busy to offer the customer personal service. We try to be as responsive as possible. Our front office is always available to answer your requests for information. Quotes are usually completed the same day and definitely within 24 hours. In many cases we can repair parts in as little as 2-3 days or make new parts within 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the job and the availability of materials. Normal tooling deliveries depend on the shop's backlog at the time the order is placed. In addition to manufacturing we can offer some basic engineering assistance such as measuring sample parts, creating 3D cad models, and generally assisting in the design process to make sure that the tooling performs as intended.
