Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program

Since 1982, the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program (MCVLP) has changed the lives of thousands of low-income women, children, and men throughout Madison County. A private 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the MCVLP is the State's oldest pro bono legal services program. Our history proves that equal access provides direct social and economic benefits to low-income families and their communities. It advances the notions of justice and fair play. Our program serves clients who are residents of Madison County or who have cases pending in Madison County. Our service areas involve civil matters such as family law, consumer issues, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant disputes, and probate issues.
