My name is Kayleen MacMillan, owner of MacMillan TC Service. I moved to Redding as a child, and am grateful my husband and I are raising our 3 children here. I love spending time with my family and friends outdoors (except when it's hot, because I'm a bit of a wuss), and am always amazed by everything the Northstate has to offer. I run on coffee, l... aughter, and good-natured shenanigans, and am always up for sharing theses with those around me. I originally obtained my real estate license in 2004, but have worked as a full-time Transaction Coordinator and office manager for the past 4 years. As a dedicated Transaction Coordinator for a single office, I witnessed many other offices in a continual search for reliable, organized, and competent transaction coordinators. I saw newer agents struggling to get the support they needed to navigate the overwhelming amount of paperwork required, as well as veteran agents being unaware of changes in disclosures. A checklist from a broker doesn't make you understand what you're looking at. I knew there was a way to support real estate agents in a way that would allow them to build their business by taking care of the little details. Over the years, I have met some amazing people, many of whom have become great friends.
