Our residential approach is to assist you with customizing an existing or developing a new house structure into your personalized family home. We use architecture that allows you to both entertain and relax within your new space. We also assist you by keeping any remodel improvements in the same historic style as the existing home, whether it is Ranch, Mission, Craftsman, or even a Frank Wright house addition. Our commercial approach results in a creative design that produces a pleasant well organized and efficient working environment with comfort, sound, lighting and temperature control. Architectural space that allows a person to excel in the workplace and enjoy the service or product they are creating. We practice sustainable design -also called Green Architecture. An architecture that takes priority in saving our planet's environment by the use of recycling, energy efficiency and sustainable products for construction. We present a detailed proposal/contract that gives our clients control over the scope of work of their own project. Our unique two step design process allows our clients the opportunity to obtain a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) construction cost at the end of the phase 1 preliminaries before starting the phase 2 construction drawings.
