The promoter Directors of the company have wide range of business experience in different sectors like flour mill, rice mill, engineering college, medical, hotel business and construction. Besides the above activity the group has also established one 1.2 MW co-generation captive power plant based on paddy husk at Bainchua, Based on past experience... and to diversify the business activity the promoter of the group decided to set up (2X30) MW IPP at Bainchua considering three available advantages. Main Raw martial coal is available at nearby distance of 80 km from the projected plant site and road transport is very economical proposition. Power evacuation system can be made available at a distance of 6 km from our plant site. The group has got the experience of 1.2 MW power plant based on paddy husk. Maadurga Thermal Power Company Ltd. (MTPCL) has been registered as an Independent Power Producer (IPP).
