Lyric intends to create a new stay experience that combines the best elements of luxury apartm... ents and hotels with the full productivity of an office, all of which is designed to provide a luxury local experience to maximize your business, personal and social travel, which we call "Creative Suites." Lyric is currently in pre-launch, and plans to do this through its website located at https://www.staylyric.com, its other websites (including https://www.paralleltravel.co), mobile applications, sites, products and services (collectively, the "Lyric Platform"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") contain important information about Your legal rights, remedies and obligations, all of which You should read carefully. they form a binding legal agreement between You and Lyric. Especially because we are in pre-launch, we are continually changing and improving the Lyric Platform. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify the Lyric Platform, to add or remove features or functionalities, or to suspend or terminate any part of it with or without notice.
