Prior to founding Lyons Development, John worked as Development Manager at Madison Realty Capital, a premier Private Equity & Investment firm based in New York City. John has spent more than a decade building commercia... l construction projects in almost every asset class. Before attending graduate school, John was Chief Estimator and Head of Operations at a boutique design-build firm focused on projects at Harvard University. John started his career with Shawmut Design & Construction, managing high profile projects throughout the United States. John received a BS in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology & an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
