Luscombe Consulting was established during the mid 1990's by David Luscombe who saw that many builders were struggling with working during the day on the building site, then of an evening spending hours preparing quotations for future clients and taking off and ordering materials for current projects. David started work in the building industry ove... r 44 years ago as an apprentice carpenter, he then furthered his building and construction knowledge by studying Estimating, Quantity Surveying and Building Construction at Swinburne Institute. Over the following years vast experience has been gained by working on and being involved with all type of projects including Renovations & Additions, New Homes, Multi Unit Developments, Apartment buildings, Shops, Offices, Factories/Warehouses, and Multi stored buildings. David has been a registered Building Practitioner since the mid 1980's, (Registration numbers DBU8744CBU6835) and a member of the Housing Industry Association for over 25 years.
